Amy Braun, LCPC, Certified Clinical Anxiety Therapist

Hi, I’m Amy.

Are you tired of feeling anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed?

Is irritability starting to impact your relationships and you know something needs to change?

You’ve come to the right place!

Mom Therapist

I help women just like you: ones who are ready to start feeling better and just need a little support to help them find their way out of the fog.

I understand the toll that motherhood can take on your mental health because I’ve been there too.

Mom therapist

I’ve experienced the crushing anxiety where the “what-ifs” and scary thoughts of all.the.things swirled around my mind constantly.

The type of exhaustion where you wish you could pause life and sleep for 2 weeks solid.

Mom Therapist

What I didn’t know at the time was that those struggles were all symptoms of perinatal anxiety and depression.

I specialize in working with moms because I now know there are solutions for immediate relief!

With over 15 years of experience and advanced certifications in perinatal mental health and clinical anxiety - I am confident I can help you experience joy again!

In My Spare Time…

When I’m not working with my clients, I love spending time with my husband and four kids. We have 3 boys and 1 girl - our daughter joined our family through adoption.

I’m from Michigan, but have lived in the Chicago suburbs for the past 15 years.

I’m a writer for Christian Parenting, The Everymom, and Motherly. I love writing about topics related to motherhood, parenting, and high sensitivity (HSP).

I also love planning vacations, traveling, serving at church, large cups of coffee, and distance running.
